Mainbridge Access EULA

Mainbridge Software Pty Ltd · ABN 81 127 633 881 · Effective 8 June 2026

This End User Licence Agreement applies to Mainbridge Access, a database operations tool for engineering, operations, and production support teams.

1.Licence

Subject to these terms and any applicable order, subscription, or trial terms, Mainbridge grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Mainbridge Access for your internal business purposes.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, host, reverse-engineer, or make Mainbridge Access available to third parties except as these terms or applicable law expressly allow.

2.Database operations

Mainbridge Access assists database operations but does not guarantee SQL correctness, database availability, backup integrity, regulatory compliance, or the suitability of any operation for a production environment.

You are responsible for SQL statements, imports, exports, schema changes, query results, production approvals, change management, database backups, access permissions, and rollback planning.

3.Production use

Before using Mainbridge Access with production systems, you must ensure that appropriate controls are in place, including least-privilege permissions, backups, review processes, audit logging, separation of environments, and incident response procedures.

Safety features such as dangerous query warnings, confirmations, environment labels, audit history, or WHERE-clause checks are aids only. They do not replace your own operational controls or professional judgement.

4.Credentials and access

You must only connect to databases and systems that you are authorised to access. You are responsible for managing database users, passwords, SSH keys, certificates, network access, IP allowlists, and secret rotation.

Do not store production credentials in shared accounts or insecure locations. If you suspect credential compromise, rotate affected credentials immediately and investigate access logs.

5.Exports and data handling

Database exports may contain personal information, confidential information, trade secrets, credentials, or regulated data. You are responsible for deciding whether an export is permitted, where it is stored, who can access it, and when it should be deleted.

You must not use Mainbridge Access to bypass privacy, security, employment, contractual, or regulatory controls that apply to your organisation.

6.Updates and support

We may provide updates, patches, new features, or configuration changes. You are responsible for testing updates before using them in critical environments.

Support is provided according to your plan or written agreement. We may request logs or diagnostic information, but you should remove secrets and unnecessary personal information before sharing diagnostics with us.

7.High-risk use

Mainbridge Access is not designed or certified for use where failure could cause death, personal injury, environmental harm, critical infrastructure failure, or material financial market disruption. Do not use it as the sole control for such environments.

8.Other terms

This EULA applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If this EULA conflicts with the general Terms of Service for Mainbridge Access, this EULA applies to the extent of the conflict.
