MQTTDeck EULA

Mainbridge Software Pty Ltd · ABN 81 127 633 881 · Effective 8 June 2026

This End User Licence Agreement applies to MQTTDeck, a cross-platform MQTT debugging and connection management tool.

1.Licence

Subject to these terms and any applicable plan, Mainbridge grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use MQTTDeck for your internal development, testing, debugging, and operational purposes.

2.Broker and system access

You must only connect to MQTT brokers, topics, devices, networks, and systems that you are authorised to access. You are responsible for broker configuration, credentials, certificates, topic permissions, publish and subscribe permissions, and network controls.

MQTTDeck does not verify that you have authority to access a broker or system. You must ensure your use complies with applicable laws, contracts, security policies, and operational procedures.

3.Messages and delivery

You are responsible for validating message payloads, topic names, QoS settings, retain flags, will messages, subscriptions, broker behaviour, and production deployment decisions.

MQTTDeck does not guarantee message delivery, ordering, persistence, broker availability, device behaviour, or compatibility with every MQTT broker, extension, or network environment.

4.Certificates and credentials

You are responsible for protecting client certificates, private keys, broker credentials, tokens, and connection profiles. Do not share connection profiles containing secrets unless the recipient is authorised and the transfer method is secure.

5.High-risk environments

MQTTDeck is not certified for safety-critical, medical, aviation, defence, nuclear, life-support, emergency response, or other high-risk environments. You must not rely on MQTTDeck as a sole control for industrial control systems or environments where failure could cause harm, outage, or material loss.

6.Migration and compatibility

MQTTDeck may support migration from other tools or data formats. You are responsible for reviewing migrated connection profiles, credentials, and settings before using them, especially in production environments.

7.Other terms

This EULA applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If this EULA conflicts with the general Terms of Service for MQTTDeck, this EULA applies to the extent of the conflict.
